Our meeting rooms, as well as our charming library, are specially designed and equipped for important events, both large and small. The largest venue offers space for up to 30 people and can be divided into two separate rooms. And for maximum creativity and great atmosphere, all offer natural light with expansive views of Münster’s promenade.
To ensure that everything runs smoothly, each space comes equipped with state-of-the-art audio, lighting, air-conditioning and communication technologies. Fueling hungry minds and palates, our kitchen caters for lunch and dinner as well energy-boosting coffee breaks with fresh fruit and wholesome snacks.

- Conferencing equipment including projector, screen, flipcharts and a moderation kit
- Bar & Lounge for receptions up to 60 people
- Restaurant for between 10 and 40 persons, also for private events. For up to 60 people in combination with the Lounge & Bar
- Presentations, receptions, private dining in the guestrooms or in the library
