Terms and Conditions

 

Please note the following terms and conditions, which govern the contractual relationship between you and us and which you
accept with your booking.

I. General information
The guest accommodation contract (rental contract) shall be deemed concluded as soon as the room/event room has been
ordered, confirmed or, if a written confirmation was no longer possible due to time constraints, made available.
The booked rooms are available from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 12 a.m. on the day of departure. The guest is not
entitled to move into the room before 16.00 hrs. If the room is occupied after 12.00 noon on the day of departure without
consultation with the reception, half of the room price to be paid will be charged.
3. There is no entitlement to the provision of certain rooms or event rooms. Unless previously agreed in writing.
4. If the customer is not the organiser at the same time, both shall be jointly and severally liable.
The customer undertakes to pay the amount to be paid on departure in cash, by credit card or by Eurocheque (up to € 200.00).
If a written confirmation of assumption of costs is available, the customer is obliged to transfer the invoice sent to him within the
following 8 working days without deduction to the following account:

6 Oral collateral agreements are not made; changes, additions and cancellations must be made in writing to be effective.
7. The attachment of decorative material or other objects is not permitted without the hotel's consent. The organiser/customer
shall be liable for damage to the equipment or inventory caused by participants in the respective event during assembly or
dismantling or during the event.
8 The agreed prices are inclusive prices. Any increase in value-added tax after conclusion of the contract shall be borne by the
customer.
9. Terms and conditions of the organizer are only applicable if this has been expressly agreed in writing.
10. The Organiser is obliged to pay the hotel's agreed prices for the services. This also applies to services and expenses of the
hotel to third parties in connection with the event.
11 Should any provision of the GTC be invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.
12. If the Hotel procures technical and other equipment from third parties for the Organiser at the latter's instigation, it shall act
in the name of, on behalf of and for the account of the Organiser. The organizer shall be liable for the careful handling and
proper return of the goods. He shall indemnify the hotel against all claims by third parties arising from the provision of this
facility.

II. room reservation
1. the booked hotel rooms will be kept free in any case. A free cancellation of single bookings (up to 5 rooms) is possible up to 1
day before arrival. In case of cancellations after this period or non-arrival and no possibility of subletting, 90% of the agreed
room price will be charged. A room shall be deemed not to have been occupied if it has not been occupied by the guest by 6
p.m. on the day of arrival, unless a later arrival of the guest has been announced in advance.
In the case of stays booked for more than 3 days, 90% of the services not used but booked will be invoiced in the event of early
departure. In case of arrangement bookings we charge 100% for previous departure. In any case, the hotel will endeavour to relet
rooms that have not been used in order to avoid cancellations. Until further allocation of the contractually agreed rooms, the
customer shall be liable for the duration of the contract and taking into account the aforementioned cost regulation.

III. for events of any kind and for group bookings (more than 5 rooms), the customer must continue to observe this:
1. The booked event rooms are only available to the guest for the periods agreed in writing. Exceedances can only be granted
after consultation with the event office and subject to availability.
For group bookings, the customer shall provide the hotel with a list of participants at least 10 days prior to arrival.
For events, the final number of guests shall be agreed in writing between the hotel and the organizer 7 days prior to the event.
The hotel will provide food and drinks for the number of participants, which will be confirmed 7 days before the start of the event
and will be charged for. If the number of participants deviates by more than 25% from the contractually agreed number of
participants, the hotel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.
3. the following return periods or cancellation fees apply to bookings of groups and events (goodwill agreement):
Free of charge up to 60 days before arrival date

Up to 45 days before arrival date 30% of the booked service
up to 30 days before arrival 40% of the booked service
Up to 15 days before arrival 60% of the booked service
From 14 days before arrival date 90% of the booked service

10 % of the agreed rooms (max. 3 rooms) can be returned free of charge up to the day of arrival. The right of withdrawal can
only be exercised once.
In any case, the hotel will make every effort to re-let event rooms or hotel rooms that have not been used in order to avoid
cancellations. Until the contractually agreed event rooms & hotel rooms have been further allocated, the customer shall be liable
for the duration of the contract and taking into account the aforementioned cost regulation.
The organizer/ordering party is liable for the payment of any additional food and beverages ordered by the event participants.

IV. Commission:
Commission (8% net rate) shall only be granted on request and in connection with a commission contract to be signed by both parties. If
the contract is not signed by the hotel, there is no right to commission payment. The hotel does not grant commission for onetime
bookings.

V. Voucher:
1. Vouchers will only be accepted upon prior request by the travel agency.
